Yes — it really is that simple. Once you place a booking, it's sent to the supplier for confirmation. You'll typically hear back within 24 hours.

If a booking is unexpectedly declined, one of our event coordinators will get in touch straight away with new (and sometimes even better) options.

You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before your event. We’d always appreciate as much notice as possible.
